TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this Agreement, Client (Payer) and Coach (Debra Santangelo Ltd) hereby agree as follows:

    1. Description of consultations ("Specifications") 

    Coach agrees to develop the consultations in accordance with Client's needs using suitable methodologies for the chosen coaching programme.

   10. Limitation of liability.

   By using Debra Santangelo Ltd services, Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or non-foreseeable, arising from such transactions. All claims against Debra Santangelo Ltd must be lodged under English Law within 100-day of the date of the first claim or otherwise be forfeited forever.

Client agrees that the Coach will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of the Service. Client agrees that use of this service is at user's own risk.

11. Jurisdiction

The terms and use of this site shall be governed in accordance by the Laws of England and shall be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
